So I have had the on going problem of the Teredo Adaptor on my PC not working. When I first installed Windows 10 it worked fun but at some point it stopped working and hasn't worked for months.
I have tried a lot of the common fixes like reinstalling the adaptor but the problem with that fix in particular is that the adaptor just reinstalls with the same problem. There is also the fix that requires you to edit a registry file but it does not exist on my machine. I'm sure there are other solutions I've tried but it's been such a long period of time trying to solve this problem that I don't remember everything I've done. It also doesn't help that I'm not getting the same error every time I check the state of the adaptor so I can't say for sure what is wrong.
I primarily use the adaptor to use Xbox services like parties on my PC which currently will not work because of the adaptor failing. I was really hoping that someone would be able to help me solve the problem. I know it'll probably be an annoying process since I don't remember every solution I've tried and since I don't know what exactly is wrong but thanks to anyone who tries to help.

Yeah! Well maybe it does have something to do with using Pro vs Home ?

Whichever, you may need to enquire at the dedicated XBOX forums.
I just stumbled on what may be the article you got your information from.
I don't have Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter on that list either, even though I do have Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface
installed as per Device Manager (hidden devices).
I also do not have the 'Disabled Devices' Registry key mentioned in that article, and elsewhere.
The article was dated 2014. A bit before Win10 public release. Other forums/articles are even older so they would apply to Win7.
I suppose my 'Pseudo Interface' may have replaced the 'legacy' version you have been looking for, but don't know
how you would go about installing either.
I just assumed Teredo Tunneling xx was either part of Windows, or if not, was installed with my mobo Ethernet drivers.
Looking into it further I see that it may be a legacy feature which may not be required by Win10 as they seem to have come up
with a better way to interface IPv4 with IPv6 internet addresses.
My Teredo Tunneling Pseudo Interface may actually be left over from when I upgraded from Win7 > Win10 Home ?
(Hmm, so why no Disable Devices, and a different Teredo Tunneling name then ? )
Fresh out of idea's I'm afraid.
